Phone Number and Code
When you create an inbound survey, you get to pick which phone number people can use. We then give you a short code that people enter when dialing in, in order to identify your survey.

"Vote" by Caller-ID
We track the caller-id of the phone call, and include it in the downloadable results. To prevent "ballot-stuffing", each phone number gets to take the survey one time.
