Easy to Use
Designing a survey with Precision Polling is as easy as surfing the web. Simply click a button to add a question and type in what you'd like to ask. You can re-order, add or remove questions at any time. When you're done, click a button to test your new survey, or move on to recording audio.
Different Types of Questions
Your surveys can have any number of multiple choice questions, rating scale questions (e.g. "On a scale of 1 to 5, please rate..."), or voice sections (e.g. introduction, or thank you message). You simply type the question and the possible options, and we'll help you phrase it in the best way possible. We'll make sure that the respondent only enters valid answers.
When you design your survey, tell us what we should do when we reach an answering machine: either hang up, or leave a voicemail.
Not all surveys follow one straight path. If you need to jump to a question based on your respondent's answer, use our branching feature to specify which question to hop to based on what answer.
Rotate Choices Randomly
You can opt to have the options on a multiple choice question read out in a random order to eliminate question ordering bias.
You can easily route calls to other phone numbers, like your call center.
Record Their Voice
Want to collect information like email addresses, or learn from constituents? We can record messages and make them available as mp3 sound files.
